How did you wake up this morning? Did you wake up in a bad mood, a good mood, or just an ok mood? God is good.
How are you doing lately? Have you had some rough news come your way, good news, or no news at all? God is good.
What does your day ahead look like? Is something difficult looming, is there excitement in the forecast, or is the mundane awaiting you? God is good.
How is your day going? Are your plans falling apart, coming together, or not even made? God is good.
How did your day pan out? Did it not happen the way you hoped, were your expectations all met, or was it simply another day? God is good.
In all things, God is good. No matter the circumstance, God is good. Whatever we see or experience in this physical life — and I’ve seen a lot — God is good.
Our Lord is faithful. He doesn’t change. His word is true and sure. God is good.
Whether the hard things or wonderful things or everyday things are our lot right now, God is good.
We rejoice in Him because He is good.
Weeping may last for the night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).
For [the Lord], has made [us] glad by what He has done, …sing for joy at the works of His hands (Psalm 92:4).
This is the day the Lord has made; …rejoice and be glad in it (Psalm 118:24).
Remember this day that God is good. How can I say that God is good? Because He is. And nothing can change that.
The rain falls on the righteous and the unrighteous (Matthew 5:45). But God doesn’t change. Bad things and good things happen to everyone on this earth, but God doesn’t change. He is good.
I’d rather go through this life with Him than without Him. God is good.
