I know You have done this, brought us this far. Brought us to this place.
So much is good. So much amazes and thrills me.
Yet so much is a struggle. And doesn’t make sense. So much I want to run away from or fix.
But if You’ve done this, then it’s good. If You’ve led us here and we are exactly in Your will, then there’s nothing to fix. How can I fix something that isn’t broken? How can I fix something that Almighty God, Creator of the heavens and earth has done? Praise His Name.
So I give You thanks. Not just for the things I love and enjoy. I give You thanks for everything. Even the things that are difficult. And the things I don’t understand. I give You thanks.
And I will wait. The road is not over. The puzzle isn’t finished. You have all the time in the world. I will wait.
As I wait, I give You thanks. When You answer, I give You thanks.
